**The role**
Working alongside a team a four and reporting to Financial Support & Invoicing Manager, you’ll be responsible for gathering, interpreting and using complex data to develop steps that will improve processes and optimize results for our key customers.
- The role is varied and you will be responsible to:
- Manage open purchase orders received from customers
- Meet all customer timeframes for Monthly Key Customer Invoice pro-forma and final invoicing on a monthly basis
- Review invoice requests against contracts and approve invoicing batches in JDE
- Support the reporting Manager and the Commercial Manager for invoicing, project administration, Debtor Management and WIP related tasks
- Analyse financial data to ensure revenue streams are accurately processed

This role also entails data quality audits of all supporting documentation across systems to ensure that every job is invoiced accurately and all customer enquiries are followed up and responded to in a timely manner.**What’s in it for you?**

**About you**
This is a busy role with tight deadlines, it goes without saying you will be resilient and comfortable dealing with people at all levels. You will also have:
- Minimum five years’ demonstrated Accounts Receivable experience
- Proven experience with using JD Edwards or similar financial system
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to build and strengthen strong interpersonal and collaborative working relationships
- Strong robust numerical and analytical skills

You will be someone with the aptitude to foresee challenges, read situations and champion of best practice and meeting deadlines.**About us**
