We are seeking a detail-driven Recovery Analyst on behalf of our key client to join a busy property operations team on an initial temporary assignment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong financial mindset, a knack for problem-solving, and experience working with electricity or utility billing.

You'll play a key role in supporting the operating expenditure reconciliation process — preparing financials, contracts, and reports, responding to property manager queries, and issuing OPEX recovery letters to tenants.

You'll also assist with utility management, including onboarding and offboarding properties, maintaining gas, electricity, and water accounts, processing tenant billing, and investigating invoice or consumption variances.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Inquisitive and analytical – enjoys investigating discrepancies and finding solutions
  • Good with numbers – comfortable reconciling data and preparing reports
  • Experienced in utilities or financial operations, particularly electricity billing or property expense recovery
  • Highly organised, with strong Excel and communication skills

This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to essential operational and financial processes across a diverse property portfolio.
