**About the Role**:
Our client has been the leading innovator in their industry since 1972, designing, manufacturing, installing, and servicing Palletizing, Packaging, and Handling systems. They are now looking for a switched-on Office Administrator who has an interest in the finance side of administration to join the team on a permanent basis.

**Key Requirements**:

- Processing Sales Orders received from other departments, managing the process end-to-end
- Updating and maintaining monthly spreadsheets and reporting
- Booking and managing the Overseas Freight, including preparation of sipping and export documentation
- Processing the weekly payroll
- Managing the bi-monthly reconciliations
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

**About You**:

- Previous experience as an administrator is required
- Experience with payroll and other finance related tasks is preferred but not essential
- High attention to detail and a knack for numbers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work with a dynamic and varied workload
