**Head of Digital Customer Products**

Platforms and products initiatives are underway with capability building to fuel these initiatives happening in parallel. Here’s where you come in.

**Your role**:
Lead the vision and product roadmap for the enterprise. Horizon-gaze, design and execute the product portfolio for the future. Provide and enable customer-centred technology, through:

- Product Portfolio Leadership: Champion contemporary thinking and behaviours for the product business, ideating and executing on current products and forecasting demand for future needs for customers
- People Management & Leadership: Growth and management of your new team of people across product, development and implementation
- Delivery Management: Delivery framework creation leading to tracking strategic / tactical milestones and orchestrate through your team leads and relationships with other parts of the business and vendors
- Portfolio Governance: Own ROI and effective operational demands of the current and future product suite
- Product strategy: Dream and define a rallying vision, garner insights and knowledge to build confidence in marriage of product thinking and technology
- Commercial & Financial Management: Manage the budget for Product function, including forecasting, financial analysis & revenue generation

You’ll enjoy the opportunity to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with the leadership team to drive the change and adoption of new customer journeys in the business. You will have embarked on these kinds of initiatives and changes before and have a few battle scars from a history in some form of product and technology operation.
