**A bit about your role**
As the Head of Formulated Nutrition and Bioactives Ingredients, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development, growth, and effective management of Yili Oceania Business Division's formulated nutritional powders and bioactive ingredients portfolio. You'll be responsible for setting product strategies that underpin our overall direction, ensuring we meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets across all channels and customers.
Reporting directly to the General Manager Sales and Marketing, you'll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Sales Heads of Department, and teams across Marketing, S&OP, Innovation, and more. Your guidance will empower the Formulated Nutrition and Bioactives team to deliver on sales goals, while fostering strong relationships with customers and distributors both locally and internationally.

You are a proven leader in formulated nutrition, with a strong commercial background and a passion for driving business growth. You bring several years' experience in B2B sales and product management at a senior level, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your expertise in building and nurturing high-performing teams, developing strategic plans, and forging trusted relationships with key stakeholders sets you apart.
You thrive on innovation, are adept at navigating complex markets, and have a track record of delivering results in international business settings. Your communication skills, logical thinking, and commitment to best practice management ensure you make a strong contribution to the wider Commercial Leadership Team.

Westland Milk Products is a well-known New Zealand end-to-end dairy manufacturer based in the beautiful South Island, with offices and production facilities in both Christchurch and Hokitika.
