**What we're looking for**

We are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team.

**About the role**

Highly driven with a strong commitment to safety, the Team Leader role will be responsible for machine operates, leading teams with changeovers and setups, packaging and quality control of the product as it goes through our manufacturing process; making sure all product is 100% to the required standard.
- Proven history of leadership
- Willingness to learn and develop within the business.
- Develop team members, aligned with company culture
- Can work as part of a team but also have the initiative to work unsupervised.
- Commitment to high standards of safety, quality and production.

We're also looking for:

- Reliability in both attendance and punctuality
- A strong can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive with an action-oriented attitude

Hours of work: Rotating Shift, 6.00am - 2.00pm, 2.00pm - 10.00pm, 10.00pm - 6.00am.
