**The Role**

Based at our bustling Penrose branch, the Shift Team Leader supervises our Freight Handler team in the loading/unloading of freight trucks and containers. You will ensure the professional handling of all outbound freight for connection from the Auckland region to the rest of New Zealand. You will have sound regional geographic knowledge of NZ to effectively manage this shift as well as experience in leading in Health & Safety practices in depot/warehousing environments.

This is a permanent opportunity working 45 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 8:00pm.

**Key attributes**
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in similar roles or the express freight industry
- Experience in leadership and ability to guide those around you
- Computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physically fit (able to lift up to 25kgs)
