**Team Leader**

**About the Role**:
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for achieving site operational and customer service objectives through the safe, efficient, and effective utilization of site resources.

You will lead your team of Warehouse Operators on the afternoon shift, providing direction and vision during work hours. Your role is crucial in driving performance and results while promoting and living our core values every day. You will ensure team member coaching, support, development, and recognition, as well as manage performance issues effectively.

**What You Will Do**:

- Champion Health & Safety culture and ensure compliance with OH&S requirements and SOPs.
- Lead and manage your team, ensuring effective communication and leadership.
- Oversee shift operations to meet operating plans and ensure cost-effective and efficient inbound, storage, picking, replenishment, and outbound operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operating costs, waste, and improve quality and timeliness.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including the Penrose DC Manager, H&S Manager, team members, and contractors.

**Who You Are**:

- A relevant qualification or certificate in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team of warehouse operators
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (Intermediate level).
- Resilient, well-organized, and able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Effective at motivating team members and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
