As a Senior Customer Implementation Manager at Karbon, you'll join an amazing team to provide leadership to customers by way of onboarding, data migration, and training on the Karbon platform, driving client satisfaction and ensuring that considerable value is realised by key clients on our platform. **As a Senior Customer Implementation Manager, you will...** - Serve as the project manager for accounting firms to guide them through the onboarding process, and help them get the highest possible value from the product - Lead meetings regularly with clients; including kick-off meetings, consultative process sessions, and design training plans - Manage a team of trainers and process consultants to ultimately complete a successful onboarding - Interact with our success, product, engineering, API, and data teams to design elegant solutions for our clients - Support our implementation specialists with coaching and support as they lead implementations for smaller accounting firms - Serve as product level expert for existing customers.
