**The Opportunity**:
Are you a driven, resourceful, and highly independent generalist looking for a unique challenge? We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to spearhead the rollout of our AI-native platform, Didero, and Xero ERP at a leading New Zealand port company. This initially six-month, full time consultant role offers a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic industry while working directly with our customers across New Zealand and at the forefront of AI technology. Ideally this project can serve as the starting point for a long term relationship, with you growing into our first customer success lead in the APAC region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Train & Empower**: Conduct hands-on training sessions with local staff, ensuring they master the new tools and understand their transformative potential.
- **Process Optimization**: Dive deep into existing procurement and finance processes, identify inefficiencies, and design a future-state blueprint that leverages automation.
- **Change Management**: Win over a workforce accustomed to legacy systems by clearly communicating the benefits of modernization and gaining their buy-in.
- **On-the-Ground Leadership**: Travel extensively across New Zealand to collaborate with port operations teams, making a tangible impact on-site.
- **Strategic Influence**: Act as the critical link between our customers and Didero’s product and engineering teams, bringing invaluable insights and shaping our product roadmap.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **A Rockstar Generalist with ERP experience**: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable wearing many hats—from trainer to process architect to change agent. ERP experience is a big plus, especially of Xero.
- **Exceptional Communicator**: Your written and oral communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- **Data-Driven & Tech-Savvy**: You’re very confident with numbers, analyses and technology, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
- **Self-Starter**: Highly autonomous, you’re ready to take ownership and drive projects to completion without constant direction.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience at a management consulting firm or similar profession.
- Proven track record in change management or process improvement roles.
