Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We sat down with the People Leader, who let us know the following about the role. What does a day in the life of a Senior Learning Designer look like? You will focus on growing the capability of our people to be customer focused. We are implementing a new system that will require you to work with our Enterprise Capability team to scope, design and implement learning solutions to help build capability for our bankers to better serve our customers. You will need to be creative, think outside the box and develop solutions that are sustainable. As a senior learning designer, you will take a learner centric approach to drive and manage the development of a range of learning deliverables. What is the team culture and environment like? We work hard and at the same time we ensure that we have fun The role will be responsible for the complete development lifecycle of learning development, from learning needs analysis to sign off for large transformation programmes. We are looking for someone who has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and is not afraid to present solutions, see opportunities to continuously improve, speak up in meetings and/or run a design session.
