We are currently offering a fantastic opportunity in our Wellington office, aimed at an enthusiastic marketing professional. This exciting role will see you providing property marketing for our Agency business lines, creating and executing campaigns in line with the national marketing strategies and brand guidelines.

**Here’s what you’ll focus on**:

- Property Marketing: You will be responsible for running property marketing campaigns for sales, and leasing teams from start to finish.
- General marketing: promote the company brand within Wellington, identify opportunities to drive brand presence within the local market, build and maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers and provide effective marketing support to the Wellington business.
- Administrative tasks as required such as organise and execute agency initiatives, assist local office leadership in preparing various marketing materials, report on local and national marketing activities and other tasks as required.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
- Excellent organisational management skills / demonstrate organisational abilities by effectively handling multiple tasks, setting priorities.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
