**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

This role supports the Manager of Product Development Hub Services in leading the strategy, design, and development of new products and services. Your key responsibilities include conceptualizing product ideas, supporting design and development, and contributing to business cases with financial inputs. You’ll also lead cross-functional go-to-market planning, conducting product testing and validation, and collaborate with third-party partners.

Additionally, your role includes managing product vision and strategy, ensuring quality assurance, evaluating solutions, and participating in high-level solution design. Effective risk management and stakeholder engagement are also crucial aspects of this role.

This is a permanent full-time hybrid role, and you’ll need to be based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland).

**Ōu Pūkenga | About You**

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally need to have the following:
- Experience in launching new products/services, with proven project management and change management skills.- Strategic initiatives experience in complex environments, particularly in retail or subscription products.- Strong relationship management, collaboration skills, and ability to influence stakeholders.- Ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders and work across multiple teams and Product Owners.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic, commercial, and financial skills.- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry experience, with knowledge of financial services, insurance, and product development processes.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, driven by a passion for delivering quality customer outcomes.- Agile methodology experience (preferred).
