**About the role | Ko te mahi nei**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coaching hiring managers on best practice recruitment.
- End-to-end recruitment: job briefs, job adverts, advertising, shortlisting, interviews, offers, and more
- Facilitating bulk recruitment and assessment centres, when required.
- Advising and supporting on interview design, testing and immigration.
- Championing our employer brand and attending networking events when required.
