We've got an exciting opportunity for a **Junior Systems Engineer** looking for a new challenge. We're looking for someone who's keen to develop their skills and grow within our business. Reporting to our IT Manager, you'll be supporting a range of queries, projects & be able to shape this role for yourself.

**What will you be responsible for?**
In our fast paced, ever-changing environment, you will be responsible for general IT support, responding to queries and building relationships with all our people over New Zealand & Australia, in stores and offices. You'll have the opportunity to be a part of many exciting projects such as:
- Trans-Tasman WAN rollout
- Wi-Fi upgrades
- Cyber-security transformation
- Deployment automation
- Server re-design/upgrades
- MDM (Intune)
- ABM (Apple Business Manager)
- Modern workplace initiatives (PowerApps, O365)
- Company wide IT infrastructure upgrade

- Hold a current, full NZ driver's license
**Technical skills - experience with the below would be beneficial but not required**
- Ability to maintain and administer Windows 7/10
- Experience with LAN & WAN Networks will be a great advantage
- POS system ERP (Ontempo) would also be an advantage, but not necessary
- Be able to work closely with vendors
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Office 365 (SharePoint & Teams)
- Windows Server 2012- 2019
- Exchange Online
- Experience working A broad range of Infrastructure including Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Mobile Devices, Printers, Telephone Systems, CCTV System and Network Equipment
- Windows Server administration knowledge
- EFTPOS support
