We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract to help our fast paced, dynamic business fulfil its critical recruitment needs.

Join our tight-knit, A/NZ recruitment team, while being part of the wider global recruitment network, where we’re dedicated to providing top service to our internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the best talent is being hired.

You’ll be managing the end-to-end recruitment across our New Zealand and Australian businesses where you will play a pivotal role in promoting our employment brand, talent pipelining and most of all, supporting our business by taking responsibility for continuing to enhance our direct recruitment model. This is an exciting and unique role where you will recruit across multiple locations, focusing on technology recruitment.

The responsibilities will include:
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for a range or roles, with a focus on technology recruitment.-
- Utalise our ATS system, ensuring recruitment requisitions are kept up to date.- Work closing with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis, providing guidance on recruitment processes, market conditions, competitor hiring and compensation information. Participating in global talent acquisition and HR initiatives, promoting best practices.- Assist other FNZ Locations with recruiting activities as required.- Significant recruitment experience, ideally technology recruitment within either an internal or external environment.-
- Proven ability to handle high volumes of recruitment.- Organised and proactive, with the drive to deliver results and manage self effectively.- Has a high impact as a communicator - verbally, written and in meetings.- Works with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to achieve measurable outcomes that improvement business performance.- Consultative in approach with the gravitas to influence key stakeholders.- Experienced in building upon and improving existing processes and procedures.- Able to quickly establish credibility and maintain positive & productive working relationships with colleagues, business leaders, and managers.
