**Senior HR Business Partner**

**About the Role**:
This is a unique role working for a business that puts its people first and has some great projects lined up for the BP to get stuck into The company is well respected and trusted in the market and you will get to work alongside some great leaders to support them with their HR requirements whilst working on some very cool projects.

- A varied HR role where you will get involved in your nationwide portfolio on an operational level and effect change and support your Leaders through coaching etc. Also managing projects in the Talent, OD, L&D, Rem and Retention space. You will really get to make your mark and leave a legacy behind in this role
- You will also work towards optimizing people performance through effective reviews and leadership coaching.
- Ideas orientated role that values opinions and welcomes previous experience and HR expertise - you will be able to mobilise quickly your proposed initiatives with the support and backing of a great Manager

- Monday - Friday Business hours based in Auckland Central

You are an experienced people leader with previous HR Generalist People Partnering experience as well as having worked on pro active projects around Talent Management, Remuneration, L&D, OD and Retention.
- You’re social and enjoy a work culture that come together to socialize and have fun in and out of work
