An exciting opportunity to lead the newly created Finance Business Partner team and further develop your career in an environment of continuous improvement, this position can be based on either our Wellington or Manawutū campus.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Advisory, the Senior Finance Business Partner will lead a team of partners in the provision of trusted, insightful and comprehensive financial advice and support to the various service lines within Massey.
The Finance Business Partner team is responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and finance support to the designated business units. The main responsibilities of a Finance Business Partner include budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and variance analysis, key financial and non-financial KPIs monitoring/reporting, cost-benefit analysis, financial data modelling and other related duties. These services will be provided in line with agreed service level agreements.

**To be successful in this role, you will bring**:

- seven to ten years' experience working in management and /or financial accounting in a large organisation
- demonstrable experience of working with large numbers of stakeholders
- demonstrable experience of working with large sets of complex data
- experience in writing financial reports for senior management.
