**About the Role**:
As the Product Specialist - MINDA Integrations, you'll play a key role within LIC's Farm Software team, who are dedicated to creating and managing products that drive the future of farming.
The broader Farm Software team are the driving force behind MINDA and LIC's e-commerce portal, supporting 14,00 users and over a dozen integration partners generating $50m+ in revenue.
Your primary focus will be managing day-to-day business relationships with our Integration Partners whether that is our Agri-tech firms or farm consumables providers. You will naturally move from talking about APIs to ear tags and heat detection. Your ability to develop a deep understanding of our partners' needs and position in the market will be crucial in ensuring mutual success.
You'll provide proactive support to our partners, enabling them to make the most of LIC's integration offerings. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development and launch of new integration products and partnerships, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer and Market Analysis: Develop strong relationships with product partners, leveraging insights from the dairy and agri-tech sectors to support our integration strategies. Assist the Product Manager in gathering and analysing data related to customer engagement with products.
- Stakeholder Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of business relationships with suppliers and third-party integration partners, ensuring excellent communication, support, and compliance with SLAs or other contractual obligations.
- Go to Market: Lead the development and execution of sales plans for key farm consumables (tags, heat detection) and integration products. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and product collateral, and engage with customers directly to promote your products.
- Sales Operations: Work with Support Services to handle product ordering and invoicing for MINDA's integration offerings, including physical products manufactured and shipped by partners.
**About You**:
We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven individual with a passion for agri-tech solutions. If you have experience in the dairy sector, that's a positive but not necessary.
You'll bring to the role:
- Tertiary qualification in Agri-business, technology or related field.
- Strong understanding of the dairy industry, and the evolving needs of dairy farmers.
- Experience in business to business sales or marketing, ideally within digital commerce or technology products.
- Proven ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders across diverse functions.
