About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Worker to join our growing team. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the business. This role requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical and administrative duties such as data entry, record keeping, filing, and document preparation.

Maintain and update company databases, registers, and filing systems.

Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and basic financial documentation.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.

Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and maintenance of office equipment.

Support management and staff with scheduling, travel arrangements, and internal communication.

Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures.

Perform other administrative tasks as required to support daily business operations.

Skills and Experience Required:

A qualification at NZQF Level 4 or higher in Business Administration or At least one year of relevant administrative experience.
