Silver Fern Farms Pareora is looking for a dynamic, quick-thinking individual to drive our recruitment activity here at site. With the help of an Employment Support Coordinator and a Recruitment Administrator, the Employment Coordinator is responsible for implementing, facilitating and maintaining good employment practices and processes on site.

**We are looking for the following attributes**:

- Tech savvy, enjoys working with systems and processes including social media
- Great organisational & planning skills
- Good relationship building skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Resilience, with the ability to work under pressure
- A problem solver with the ability to make timely decisions
- High emotional intelligence

Previous experience in Human Resources or recruitment would be advantageous but not as important as bringing energy and commitment to the role. Sometimes we just need to roll up our sleeves to help others get stuff done - so you’ll rise to the challenge with a can-do attitude, all whilst being able to maintain your composure.

This is a salaried Monday to Friday position, however attending events such as Careers expos and supporting our International employees may require you to work outside of ‘ordinary’ office hours/days from time to time. In return we can offer you medical insurance through Southern Cross, work uniform, good banter and lots of laughs
