Our team of 100 encompassing automation engineers, network engineers, electrical engineers, electricians and apprentices are key to our success.

Your role:

As Project Manager within our team, you will lead the full lifecycle of industrial electrical and control system projects from tender and design through to delivery, commissioning and client handover.

You will co-ordinate teams and suppliers and liaise with our clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

How you will help us deliver - Key tasks will include:

• Reviewing tender documents and bids to ensure compliant. competitive project proposals, managing successful bids from allocation
• Translating confirmed scopes into clear project plans, timelines, budgets and milestones
• Working collaboratively to successfully coordinate internal and cross functional teams and suppliers to meet delivery timeframes and support key efficiencies
• Providing technical insight and knowledge to support key delivery of complex electrical and control system projects from concept and design phase
• Overseeing technical delivery, testing, commissioning and client handover
• Cost monitoring and management of progress and performance, project variations and risks in a proactive and commercially aware nature
• Working as a key interface with our valued clients offering clear communication and a proactive approach to ensure key timelines are met and expectations are exceeded
• Supporting continuous improvement in project management systems and practices

About you:

As an experienced and qualified Project Manager with a solid technical foundation within industrial electrical systems/engineering or process engineering background. You will lead with professionalism, communicate effectively and deliver results through structured planning, teamwork and technical expertise.

We envision you to have a minimum of 5+ years hands on project management experience within industrial, automation, electrical or process engineering environments,  with a relevant tertiary or trade qualification within electrical/engineering or a relevant field. You may also be an experienced Industrial electrician who has gained transferable skills in project management looking to extend your career and contribute your existing knowledge in the industrial projects sector.

You will contribute a high level of operational planning and execution, collaborative and clear communication and a high level of ownership and accountability.
