Service: Mental Health Addiction and Intellectual Disability Service (MHAIDS)

Contract: Permanent, full-time

**Salary**: $70,970 - $78,397 (full range)

**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

Some of your duties will include:

- Moving around the district providing 1-1 and group training in digital programmes and systems
- Meeting new staff within the agreed timeframes to support the set up and access to the required computer programmes and systems
- Be the liaison point between Learning and Development, Business System, HR and Quality teams when it comes to the desktop system training and learning management system (LMS).
- Provides MHAIDS teams with support when they are using the LMS system (including running relevant reports)
- Provides administrative support to the wider Learning and Development team members

The ideal person will be able to bring enthusiasm, innovation and passion to the role whilst being able to prioritise and balance workforce demands. You will be comfortable working with a range of computer systems and enjoy supporting the development of others.

Other skills & experience we are looking for:

- Experience in supporting learning of a diverse range of people
- Passion and interest in supporting others learning
- Ability to build and grow relationships

You will be required to have a full clean drivers license as the role requires you to move around the district.
