Operations Lead - Digital Investment Office (DIO)
- Help establish a dynamic new function within GCDO
- Work in the new DIO team

Digital Public Service (DPS) | Te Kōtui Whitiwhiti
The Digital Public Service Branch works across the Public Service to connect, influence and support the system to take advantage of new digital opportunities. It also supports the Government Chief Digital Officer (GCDO) to drive the government's digital transformation and position government to succeed in a changing and evolving digital age.
Investment coordinator - Digital Investment Office (DIO)
- Operationalise the processes required to implement the purpose of the Digital Investment Office, ensuring these are documented and maintained
- Support active 'real time' collaboration across the GCDO with a clear division of responsibilities and alignment of plans between the DIO and wider GCDO work plan
- Implement a customer service model of delivery within the DIO to enable a timely and coordinated approach with internal and external stakeholders
- Align and integrate DIO processes with Treasury, the Investment Management System and other System Leads
- Support a data-driven approach within the Digital Investment Office to support oversight and inform decision making
- Proactively identify and effectively manage service delivery risks, working collaboratively with the team to manage these
- Coordinate efforts to provide accurate reporting to ensure all agreed processes, procedures, standards, and guidelines are followed
- Ensure a continuous improvement approach is applied to the on-going development of the DIO
- Support the manager in fostering a positive team environment consistent with the principles and behaviours of DIA and that leads to a highly engaged work force
