**We are looking for sharp, strategic Operations Leads to steer our fast-paced warehouse and transport operations into the future.**

**As an Operations Lead you will be overseeing the daily operations within the warehouse environment, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills to manage warehouse staff and uphold operational standards. Ideally you have excellent organisational skills coupled with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A strong analytical mindset will assist in problem-solving as well as enhancing overall workflow efficiency.**

**Abou the role**:

- Team leadership - lead by example, delegate tasks and monitor KPIs and performance
- Manage operational flow to meet customer expectations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Deliver regular safety training, toolbox talks and ensure proper PPE use and compliance with all safety protocols.
- Oversee maintenance of all warehouse equipment
- Coordinate effectively with departments, suppliers, and transport.

**What you bring**:

- A minimum of 2 years proven people leader experience within the transport/warehousing industries
- Proven leadership capability - able to develop teams and manage performance
- Clear communicator with the ability to manage change and solve problems on the g
- Strong knowledge of food industrial regulations, Dangerous Goods (DG) and compliance requirements
- Experience in SOP adherence and implementation
