We are looking for new team members who showcase our core values of community, integrity, agility and commitment. **What is the role** Your role will include managing and mentoring a team of Desktop/Network Support Technicians, overseeing some project implementations, managing the resolution of escalated support issues from the managed network, and assisting with solution scoping/pre-sales. Someone who is flexible and proactive in approach and is a willing contributor to a positive team environment.
