**About the role**
This is an outbound sales role focussed on working with SMEs to help ensure that their businesses are robust, protected and have healthy cash flow - our purpose is to improve their financial wellbeing.

Your time will mostly be spent on the phone or in online/virtual meetings talking to business owners about how we can help them by integrating our products and services into their operations. You will work with them from making initial contact to nurturing, selling, implementing and ongoing client management.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Data-Driven Sales: Actively turn data into sales information to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
- Integration: Provide clients with superior product presentations to showcase the value of our products to their business.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships and revenues with our clients.
- You will maintain sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.

This is a 40 hour per week role based in our Napier CBD office, working 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Working in Napier CBD is great. There is a nice community feel and we are right amongst cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, facilities and are close to seaside pathways for your lunchtime walk - we value your wellbeing.

This role has a base salary of $60,000 per annum with OTE of $100,000 - you may even earn more.

**About you**

You might currently be working in a sales role and feel the desire to grow and learn into another industry. Even without sales experience, we can train you if you are a good communicator.

Key qualities we look for include:

- Resilience - this is a busy role, some queries can be challenging so you need to demonstrate patience, good judgment, and a positive outcomes approach.
- Strong social skills - You will interact with many people across all parts of our business, so the ability to communicate effectively is essential.
- Eye for detail - we will equip you with the tools and templates for jobs you undertake, but you will already be an organised and structured problem solver, with a high level of accuracy and ability to identify the detail
- Integrity - You always do the right thing even when no one is watching
- A team player - We love to share our strengths and celebrate success
- Drive - you ensure that progress is made, deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
- Strong computer skills and an a good understanding of CRM systems.
