**Job Description**:
The role of the Services Solutions Specialists Enablement Lead will see you leading a team of our Noel Leeming Service Solutions Specialists that are changing the customer experience game by providing a full end to end service. We rely heavily on our services team to ensure that customers are getting the right solutions. You will be responsible for:

- Fulfilment of Tech Solutions Services
- Responsible for ensuring that we are compliant with operational processes within the network.
- Supporting the technical and personal development of their direct reports.
- Provides leadership, development & performance management of the field team.
- Supporting conversations with customers and stores.
- Responsible for recruitment and induction/onboarding of new team members.
- Working with the wider business when required to consult on operational or training initiatives
- Supporting and driving the strategic direction of services portfolio within the network.
- Leading a team of Services Solutions Specialists to deliver operational outcomes to expected levels & SLA’s.
- Building of successful internal and external customer relationships
- Own all HR and ER processes and outcomes for direct reports. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment and performance management matters.
- Ensure team members Van sale revenue targets are met
- Meet and exceed service delivery targets.
- Meet and exceed NPS targets.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum qualification, work experience, skills or other specifications to be considered for this role:

- At least 2 years’ experience installing and setting up TV’s, computers and smart security systems
- At least 2 years in achieving sales targets and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Confidence in presenting to groups of various sizes and skill levels.
- Self-managing - always looking for opportunities.
- Capable of building effective relationships with team members, internal teams and customers to gain their trust and respect.
- High level of problem solving with resolution focus.
- Full clean driver’s licence
- Previous leadership experience is advantageous but not essential
