Trenz Group Limited (T/A Trenz Bathroom) specialises in bathroomware products such as toiletsvanities, tapware, LED mirrors, heated towel rails, glass showers and other building materials.
We are currently in the process of expanding in both NZ and China market. We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team, providing support to our senior management and coordinating various tasks. We are looking for someone who is passionate in the constructionindustry and possess outstanding organisation and communication skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist senior management in arranging and managing schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Foster effective communication and coordination among staff members to support smooth organizational operations.
- Conduct in-depth research and produce comprehensive reports, briefing notes, memoranda, and correspondence.
- Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of sensitive files and documents.
- Attend meetings as required, performing secretarial duties such as minute-taking and logístical coordination.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, maintain meticulous filing systems, and uphold well-organized records.
- Effectively screen phone calls, promptly address inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate contacts.
- Accurately transcribe dictation of letters and other documents.
- Provide supervision and guidance to secretarial and clerical staff, ensuring their efficiency and productivity.

- Relevant bachelor degree or higher qualification.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, allowing for successful multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, enabling effective collaboration with individuals at all levels.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Oversea travelling may sometimesberequired
