**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Service & Warranty Administrator to join our business at a time of growth. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing invoices for our customers upon completion of jobs. In addition to this, you will respond to customer queries about their accounts, manage Work In Progress (WIP) to ensure invoicing is occurring in a timely manner and you will assist the Warranty Coordinator in the accurate preparation of warranty claims for our various products. This role will have daily interaction and will support the service and parts teams within our three Penske Branches as well as with customers and dealers located throughout New Zealand. This full time permanent position could be based in either Auckland or Christchurch and will report into the local Service Manager but will also work very closely with the Technical Support Supervisor and the National Warranty Coordinator.

**About You**:
In order to be successful in this role, you will offer:

- Previous experience in an administration focussed role with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of job-costing, invoicing and filing processes
- Knowledge of the heavy transport industry and/or automotive industry and a strong technical/mechanical aptitude
- Previous experience receiving, assessing and processing warranty claims within tight timeframes
- Management of warranty claims to ensure maximum financial returns and mínimal rejections
- A customer focussed, team player mindset
- The confidence to develop outstanding relationships with a range of customers, and represent the Penske brand with high levels of professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills and strong time management
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite and the ability to pick up internal systems and processes quickly
