This busy Pukekohe workshop is looking for a bright, efficient, and driven Service Advisor for this high volume workshop.

**More about the role**:

- The main responsibility will be to assist in the service-related functions of the workshop. You will need to support the service team with additional duties such as:_
- Working alongside the After Sales Manager
- Assisting customers in the service department
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date with the repair status
- Bookings
- Invoicing, orders, and warranty claims
- Making sure all administrative requirements are met on a daily basis
- Processing customer payments (cash and EFTPOS)
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**Skills required**
You be need to be tech savvy, have strong computer and administrative skills, and a good attention to detail.

You should have time management and solid organisational skills, with a focus on customer service, and problem solving capability.

Relevant prior experience is highly desired - you will either currently hold or have held an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role i.e. you will understand the role and what it takes, with knowledge of mechanics/the motor industry.

If you have specific knowledge of farm machinery or have worked in this sector of the motor industry, this will be a huge bonus
