In this role you will be responsible for guiding a team of marketers and working closely with enterprise stakeholders to design and deliver integrated and effective marketing communications programs that are aligned with customer needs, and ultimately contribute to BNZ's overall strategy.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**
We sat down with our Senior Marketing Communications Manager (who you'd report to), and they let us know the following about the tūranga (role).
**What are some day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?**
- Work with the Marketing Communications Manager, Analytics, and our agency partners to design, develop and deliver customer lifecycle marketing communications programmes for key audiences, delivering to the customer portfolio strategies, plans and targets developed by the Customer Marketing (Planning) team.
- Understand customer life stages and financial needs to produce end-to-end customer lifecycle programmes that meet customer needs at key points.
- Champion the utilisation of data and insights to provide personalised customer experiences that improve the retention and growth of existing customers and address customer call drivers and complaints and promote self-service options.
