**This is an Auckland-based opportunity - 2 days wfh.**

- ** Join a team of Agile Coaches - **we already have well established Agile practices and need your expertise to take them to the next level
- Provide coaching/mentoring to **Engineering teams and individuals **on Agile mindset, Agile Ways of Working, Agile Leadership and other aspects of business agility**. **Support Product Owners **in managing the product backlog. **Assist Engineering Managers **with monitoring and tracking team progress.
- Encourage continuous improvement and **a culture of learning**, helping the team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, **promoting transparency and visibility.**

**What are we looking for?**
- Agile **certification**/s such as PSM, CSM, IC Agile.
- Prior **hands on experience as Scrum Master, or Agile Team Facilitator,** preferably in an Agile software development environment.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- The ability to **simplify complex ideas**, processes, and topics so they can be more easily explained and understood.
- A Lean/ Agile/ **Growth mindset** with a drive for **continuous learning and improvement** and the ability to “read the room” and **adapt **your approach as required.
