Delivery Coach

Fueled by the significant growth of our FRAMECAD business we are scaling up our Product Management team and are looking for a Global Building Systems Product Manager. This role could be anywhere in the world, ideally, New Zealand, Australia, US or UAE (Dubai)

**What you will be doing**

A core component of our ambition to grow is our ability to continue to offer software and hardware solutions that exceed customer expectations and cement our position as market leader. The delivery coach is responsible for coaching teams and facilitating ways of working to build a customer-centric and value-focused environment. The Delivery Coach goal will guide initiative and project teams, to high performance using Adaptive practices, tools and frameworks, ensuring team transparency, customer centricity, continuous improvement and managing dependencies with other teams.

**What we are looking for**

This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies. We are looking for someone to show leadership and initiative in a delivery role, bringing with them significant experience in either a senior project management or delivery leadership position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about software and technology who is comfortable bringing together cross functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.

You will be comfortable working in both structured and unstructured environments and will help drive the development of our ways of working and business processes. You will enjoy variety in your work, both in terms of the teams you work with and the nature of the products. You will value diversity and promote collaboration have worked in and lead small to medium sized teams. This role is hands on and, for the most part, will require you to be in the office alongside the delivery teams.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Broad experience of complex, adaptive or agile project/program management particularly in software development.
- Experience working in an international business
- Good interpersonal, communication and planning skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to contribute to the development of systems and processes to adapt to changing needs of business.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-growing organization and willing to do whatever it takes for the team and success of the business.

**Nice to have**:
Experience in an International Business and working with multiple stakeholders
