Our client, a large well-established bank is looking to add a Quality Assurance specialist to their team on a 6-month fixed term contract. You will work in a rewarding role with a supportive team environment and report to the Senior Manager. The role is responsible for the maintenance of quality risk management advice and support to the business on all key risk and compliance policies.

**Roles Responsibilities**:

- Assist with embedding the operational risk management and compliance frameworks within the business environment to ensure continuous effectiveness
- Provide Quality assurance and testing of key controls to ensure identified risks are mitigated in line with the operational risk and compliance management frameworks
- Deliver reporting to a high standard for executive risk governance forums

**About you**:

- You must have the ability to work autonomously
- Sound knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks
- 2+ years Banking/Financial Services industry experience
- A good understanding of the legislative framework supporting financial institutions in NZ
