**We are on the hunt for our next Key Account Manager to support Kāpura’s contribution to our school lunches programme in the Porirua region. At Kāpura, we believe in taking care of our people and we have a strong focus on giving back to the community.**

The purpose of the Key Account Manager is to establish and maintain relationships with each School included in Kāpura’s portfolio, agreeing and maintaining expected deliverables. As the liaison between each school and Kāpura, you will ensure accurate, safe, and efficient delivery of school lunches to all students on a weekly basis throughout the school term. You will be responsible for ensuring daily operating plans are completed and executed, monitored and reported on.
- Experience managing a large team
- A full & clean NZ Driver’s Licence
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Trustworthiness, integrity and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing, including ability to present or communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully
- Organisational skills and will be able to drive for time frames
- A demonstrable focus on achievement of key priorities
- The ability to work effectively with others - collaborative working style, adaptive to pressure during busy periods
- The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and influence at appropriate levels
