IQVIA has an exciting opening for a Key Account Manager supporting New Zealand accounts with subscription services, based in our Auckland, New Zealand office. You will be responsible portfolio of small and large organisations with existing subscription business, working closely with New Zealand decision makers as well as responsible for expanding our customer base.

Beyond data, our IQVIA portfolio expands customer solutions such as CRM & Business Intelligence Technologies, Contract Sales & Medical Services, Consulting and Primary Market Research to name a few. We seek someone with local New Zealand industry expertise who can continue to drive a well-established customer portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Under supervision, assists in selling IQVIA products and services within allocated accounts to achieve assigned revenue goal
- Work closely with the client service team to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Internal collaboration across IQVIA offerings teams
- Consult, anticipate and address clients’ needs by proposing multiple fit for need solutions
- Trusted advisor, develops relationships with executives and decision makers
- Responsible for approx. 20 - 25 accounts
- Attends regular meetings to discuss client operational status

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and minimum 2-5 years Account Management experience
- Basic knowledge of IQVIA core products, customer account management, and an awareness of IQVIA information solutions / services portfolio is desire
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated strength in collaboration
- Competent in Excel, data analysis and process driven
- Business Development & exceptional presentation skills
