For Bendon to be successful and to reach our goals, we are hiring a Key Account Manager to join our team. This role exists to ensure grow the sales revenue within an Australasian portfolio of key accounts under the Bendon Group Brands. You will manage the largest key account within New Zealand and aid the Sales Operations Manager with major retailers in Australia across twice yearly indent sell ins and continued upsell of core ranges.
With travel up to 4 times per year to Australia, you will be one step ahead in offering our partners correct selections for each of their needs, marketing, and education to continue to empower our wholesale partners to reflect the best lingerie customer experience.
Bendon is on an exciting journey of growth through its wholesale accounts in Australasia so we are looking for someone who can identify opportunities and maximize sales growth within existing retailers. You will be numerically sound, highly capable across excel functions, and able to bring innovative ideas to reach revenue budgets.

**In this role you will be**:
- Working as part of the team to achieve and exceed sales and profit budget.
- Understanding and driving on hand and future stock position to achieve desired sales results
- Tracking and analyzing sales results and utilizing the data to contribute to development account growth
- Building the Bendon Brand, understand our position in the market as well as in reference to competitors and identifying opportunities
- Work with the wider Bendon team to deliver added support to customers for marketing, merchandising and education tools
**This is a critical role for our team, so we are looking for**:
- 3 years + experience in key account or territory management
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and profit budgets by at least 10%
- Preference will be given to those who come from an apparel background, however not essential
- Intermediates excel ability is imperative
- Experience working with Oracle NetSuite would be a bonus
