**Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the role**

As a Builders Academy Learning and Development Practitioner, you will provide support, coaching and mentoring to Workplace Apprenticeship Educators that focuses on:

- Delivery of induction programs from an education perspective to new employees
- A focus on support through frequent interaction, community of practices and getting alongside your colleagues out in industry.
- Collaborate with managers and quality assurance to identify learning needs and design training programs that upskill apprenticeship workplace educators.
- Perform various moderation functions to ensure consistency
- Help guide the organisation towards a digital teaching, earning and assessment environment

- You have experience in developing and delivering training programs to support a field team deliver success for apprentices and their learning environments
- Have led or delivered new employee induction / orientation programs from an education perspective.
- Delivered training programs in a variety of situations, including communities of practice, online, and one-to-one coaching.

- You enjoy sharing your passion for the construction industry.
- You have advanced written and verbal communication skills
- You can organise your time with efficacy
- You have an ability in the digital education environment
