LIUPUKANG Ltdtrading as ForbiddenCity Restaurantis looking to employ two Chinese Cuisine Cooks for our restaurant based in LowerHutt, Wellington. The cooks we are looking for will work 40 hours per week and be paid at least $27.76 per hour. You will be expected to work in a busy environment but have to presentable, reliable and able to deliver under pressure whiles maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation. The main tasks include but not limited to the followings:
1. Examining food qualify
2. Preparing and cooking food based on the techniques and procedures specified
3. Seasoning and portioning food as specified
4. Storing food in temperature controlled facilities
5. Helping to plan menu and estimate food requirements if required
6. Giving train to any other kitchen staff or apprentices if required
