The appointing salary will be between $57,300 - $75,200 dependent on skills and experience.

**Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role**

We are looking for three self-motivated, approachable people who enjoy working in a structured, fast paced and constantly changing team environment. We continually work on improving our processes with the goal of improving student experiences. That is why there are no two days alike and we are fluid in our roles.

**He kōrero mōu| About you**

You will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines; you will be able to demonstrate a passion for providing solutions for customer while meeting business outcomes. You will be highly proficient with various computer software programmes, including a good understanding of MS Excel, enjoy numbers and data and able to maintain a high level of accuracy. Adaptability and flexibility are essential for this role. Ideally you will understand tertiary level qualifications and the tertiary education sector in New Zealand. We work fluidly as a whole team and take pride in the knowledge we have.

The ability to build an instant rapport with our internal and external customers, especially over the phone and proven success within a similar role is beneficial - for all the nitty-gritty details, we will provide training and support.
