**About the role**

We are looking for a self-motivated, approachable person who enjoys working in a structured, fast paced environment. We continually and passionately work on improving the student experience.

We are looking for a someone who will seize the opportunity to initiate process changes, challenge the status quo and be a problem-solver by nature. You will be highly proficient with various computer software programmes, including a good understanding of MS Excel, enjoy numbers and data and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy. You will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines; you will be able to demonstrate a passion for providing solutions to customer’s needs while meeting business outcomes.

Ideally you will have a good understanding of New Zealand tertiary level qualifications and the overseas tertiary education sector. We work fluidly as a whole team and take pride in the knowledge we have. No two days are the same, and we love to help other teams during busy periods - adaptability and flexibility are essential

The ability to build an instant rapport with our internal and external customers, especially over the phone and proven success within a similar role is beneficial - for all the nitty-gritty details, we will provide training and support.
