Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a seasoned Field Technical Support to join our Product Support & Brand Service team. This role is a field-based role.

In this role you will be responsible for providing practical field support to the ANZ market to enhance the support capabilities of the CNHI dealer networks. You will work as part of the Technical Support Team (Forage, Harvest & Hay) to provide timely resolutions to product concerns that are impacting customer operations and productivity.

You will see yourself collaborating with dealer staff to diagnose and resolve in-field technical issues resulting in minimized customer downtime while concurrently driving to increase the skill base within the dealerships.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing technical support to dealers and distributors through in-field technical investigation; advanced diagnostic skills; dealer and customer visits and technical field reports.
- Assisting with technical help-desk requests for additional support from Dealers.
- Assisting with technical training material preparation and coordination.
- Identification of product concerns from the field that are impacting customer satisfaction.
- Conducting service administration tasks as appropriate for increased dealer engagement.
- Dissemination of service support information.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Trade related qualifications in an industrial maintenance field.
- High level of Electrical & Hydraulic diagnostic skills.
- Practical & Operational knowledge of CNH Industrial products.
- Agricultural background with broad & practical knowledge of agricultural practices.
- A technical aptitude with willingness to take a hands-on practical approach.
- Good customer service skills.
- Competent IT skills including MS Office and other PC based communication tools.
- A high level of working flexibility required.
- The willingness to travel (domestic as required).
