**Auto Lab Trading Ltd** is looking for one experienced full-time Secondhand Car Sale to join us in Lower Hutt. We require a positive and ambitious person who handles responsibility easily while excelling at customer service. **Vacancy Details** **Job Title**: Secondhand Car Sale **Location**: Lower Hutt **Employment Type**: Full-time **Days required**: Monday to Sunday on shift **Hours per week**: 35 hours to 60 hours per week **Number of Vacancies**: 1 position **Payment**:$27.76 or above **Key tasks & responsibilities**: - Convert showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car. - Understand all cars' characteristics, capabilities, and features, and provide the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models. - Take customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features. - Build a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future. - Maintain a customer database and communicate with them. - Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed. - Record sales and inventory on our company system. - Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets. - Assist with the set up of the showroom and promotional displays. **To be right for this role and our organization, you need**: - At least one year of customer service experience, ideally in Sales. - Resilience to achieve goals even in the face of obstacles. - Personable with the ability to interact with various customers and staff. - Strong organizational skills and the capability to prioritize workloads and tasks efficiently. **Please note your visa status in the cover letter or CV if you are not a New Zealand Citizen or Resident.** **If you feel this job is right for you, please forward your CV with a cover letter by clicking "APPLY" now.** **Salary**: $27.76 - $30.00 per hour Schedule: - Shift work Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Lower Hutt, Wellington: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - Are you a New Zealand citizen or resident? **Experience**: - Sale: 1 year (required)
