**About You**

To be successful in this position you must be able to work comfortably within a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication skills to resolve difficult situations with diplomacy and are able to demonstrate:

- Franchise parts experience - ideally with any European franchise but not essential
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within a retail parts department
- Strong relationship building and communication skills.
- A passion for customer service.
- Impeccable time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent computer literacy and experience with DMS systems.
