**Continental Motorrad**

Are you ready to join the BMW revolution? Continental Motorrad are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Service Advisor to join our Motorrad team and spread the joy of BMW to our customers.

We are expanding our BMW portfolio in New Zealand, adding a state of the art motorcycle dealership to our flagship dealership located in Kaiwharawhara Wellington. Our dealerships operate as part of the Sime Darby Motors Group which is one of the largest BMW retailers in the world and as such has made a significant investment in New Zealand to ensure customers are given a world-class experience beyond any other.

Reporting to the Dealership Manager, you'll be tasked to create memorable and fun experiences for each customer during the sales and service processes, while championing the BMW Motorrad brand and truly taking the time to understand the customer needs and deliver on their expectations.

This role will see you
- Demonstrate knowledge of BMW Motorcycles, accessories, merch and apparels.
- Conduct test drives with potential customers and make this an unforgettable experience.
- Follow up customers who have received a service reminder and have not booked in for a service.
- Confirm service appointments the day before the scheduled appointment
- Present completed vehicle to customer personally, advising of future service or repair priorities and ensuring customer satisfaction with work carried out.
- Maintain contact with customers regarding job progress.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
- Attend national and international events and car shows to promote the brand and connect with enthusiasts.
- Collaborate with other sales reps and departments to provide exceptional customer service outcomes.
- Help maintain the showroom and ensure all vehicles are sparkling clean and ready for sale.

To be successful in this role you'll require lots of personality and drive to achieve great outcomes for the customers and the business, along with:

- A passion for motorcycles and a desire to share that passion with others.
- Previous sales or customer service experience, automotive industry experience a bonus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- A clean valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends
- A full class 6 drivers license
