**Key responsibilities of the role**
- Create documentation around evaluation, integration and governance within IT best practices.
- Work with Operations Team to design training programs and workshops for EPeeps to utilise key business SaaS tools best.
- Support the ongoing governance requirements for ISO27001 and other compliance initiatives.

**What we’re looking for**
- An experienced IT professional, comfortable with SaaS management
- Confident communicator and influencer
- Great at collaborating with different stakeholders in the business
- Ability to manage relationships with external providers
- Critical thinker and continuous learner
