**_Te mahi / The role_**

If you are passionate about digital learning and are seeking an opportunity to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

- Provide technical skills around our digital learning systems, including troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and working closely with clients.
- Manage and maintain digital learning systems, ensuring systems are configured correctly and performance and client outcomes are achieved.
- Collaborate with enterprise-wide clients to help them achieve their objectives, while capturing continual improvement opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends and new technologies in the digital learning space and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for end-users and internal technology teams.

**_Kā pūkeka me kā wheako / Skills and experience_**

Ideally, you will have considerable experience in a role involving systems administration and management, including:

- A passion for delivering great outcomes to our clients across our core learning management systems.
- Proven information system administration skills and the ability to translate requirements into documented and tracked change.
- The ability to identify problems and find solutions to complex problems.
- Experience documenting and implementing client driven change in systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
