**About the role**
As the lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the function and supporting our team in maturing our systems and reporting and aligning them with our tiered service delivery model. Your focus will be on streamlining activities through self-service, automation, and elimination, ultimately boosting efficiency, and improving the employee experience. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement streamlined solutions. This position is about directing the flow of work activity within the team, but not performance and development.
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in HR operations, Payroll, HR Reporting, with a strong focus on process improvement and automation
- Proven experience with HR systems, tools, and technologies, including HRIS, ATS, and reporting platforms
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to influence, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
