Are you passionate about People & Culture and excited by the potential of technology to transform HR operations? Join our team as an HR Technology and Solutions Intern/Volunteer and gain hands-on experience in digital HR innovation while contributing to meaningful projects that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

As part of our People & Culture team, you'll support a range of HR technology initiatives, including:

  • Enhancing our HR SharePoint page to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and visually engaging.
  • Creating and publishing internal communications using tools like Canva and Synthesia — including visual and video content that brings our culture to life.
  • Designing and optimizing digital workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline HR processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Configuring and supporting our onboarding and offboarding workflow system, helping ensure a smooth experience for new and departing employees.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a curious, creative, and tech-savvy individual who is eager to learn and contribute. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • A degree in IT, Technology, or any related field, or currently pursuing one.
  • A strong interest in People & Culture, with a passion for using technology to improve HR operations.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment, especially SharePoint.
  • Experience with or a willingness to learn Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Skills in video editing (i.e. Synthesia), graphic design (Canva), and photo editing.
  • Good command of English and strong writing skills for creating clear and engaging communications
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.
